What happened to Tools\RefreshFields that was in Notes 3.x?

There is now no menu option for refreshing fields; you have to make a SmartIcon or Action that uses either:

@Command([ToolsRefreshAllDocs])

or

@Command([ToolsRefreshSelectedDocs])
