Review of Eric Rayl's Book

I am currently designing Lotus Notes databases for a telecommunications company, and I have been using the Lotus Notes Developer's Guide (E. Rayl). It has been extremely helpful. It skips right past how to use Notes and goes directly into designing Notes applications. I hadn't used Notes before this project, but after just two weeks, I had already finished three fully functional appllications. The book provided an excellent reference throughout the learning process. The major negative I found was that it didn't go deep enough into macros. Overall, I feel that this book is an excellent reference for the novice developer.
